The College of Engineering and Computing is offering many new classes at Mason Square in Arlington this year, including courses for the Graduate Certificate in Naval Ship Design.

Gurdip Singh is the divisional dean of George Mason University’s new School of Computing and a professor in the College of Engineering and Computing. He officially joined Mason on August 1, he is currently on assignment to the National Science Foundation. He will join Mason full-time in January 2023.

Mason and Amazon have entered into a strategic collaboration that will allow the university to better serve students, advance its commitment to a more sustainable campus environment, and introduce new educational programs in data center engineering.
