Mason Square Information Desk
The Mason Square Information Desk is managed by Campus Information and Visitor Services and provides information on all aspects of the university, with specific emphasis on Mason Square. Whether you have a question about academic programs, are looking for information about an upcoming event on campus, or need directions to campus, the interactive digital kiosk at the Information Desk can assist you.
The Docket is the student-run newspaper at the Scalia Law School. The Docket publishes articles, features, and opinions on the law school, law-related topics, and other interests. As a forum for the entire law school community, all students are encouraged to participate by joining the staff or through individual submissions.
Fourth Estate is George Mason University’s official student-run news outlet. The publication was formed in fall 2013 in collaboration with the student newspaper, Broadside, and a student-run news website, Connect2Mason.
Their mission is to inform Mason students, faculty, alumni and interested observers about what’s happening on campus and in the community. They release a weekly print publication each Monday during the fall and spring semesters and maintain a strong online presence.

Check out the Wellfound Foods vending machine in the Van Metre Hall lobby, providing healthy, fresh, locally-made sandwiches, salads, bowls, and snacks. More snacks and beverage machines are available throughout Van Metre Hall, Hazel Hall, and Vernon Smith Hall.

George Mason University Official Bookstore
The George Mason University Official Bookstore at Mason Square provides a convenient location to buy textbooks for courses at Mason Square, Mason apparel, gifts, snacks, supplies, and electronics.
Founders Art Gallery
Founders Art Gallery is programmed by the Arts Management Program at Mason Square.
Through a rotating exhibition program, the gallery provides opportunities for dialogue, understanding, and community building and practical gallery management skills to current students. Exhibition, collaboration, and sponsorship proposals are welcomed from Mason affiliates, as well as community members. The lactation space offers a private space for individuals who are nursing. The lactation room is available on a first-come basis. There is a table, bench, chair(s), and a wall outlet.

The Quiet Meditation Space is intended for use by any student, faculty, staff, or guest. The space is located on the second floor of Van Metre Hall, near the quiet study area.
Print and Mail Hub
The Mason Square Print and Mail Hub is located in Van Metre Hall, Level B1.

Mail Services provides pickup, processing, and distribution of incoming, outgoing and inter-campus mail, UPS and FedEx shipments, and bulk mailing support through the U.S. Postal Service. Postage is not sold in the mail room.
