The George Mason University Department of Police and Public Safety offers various programs and services to the university community, as well as individuals affiliated with the community.
The police dispatch is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for all public service inquiries.
Mason Alert is George Mason University’s emergency notification system that is used to send emergency notifications and timely warnings to the university community via text, email, telephone call, and digital signage. Mason students and employees are automatically enrolled. Community members are welcome to sign up.
